This home offers 5 bedrooms with a king primary ensuite and a secondary bedroom that can be turned into an additional ensuite by locking off a hall bath. The third bathroom is located in the main hall, and a 4th full cabana bathroom is conveniently located on the ground floor for easy access from the beach. The large dining area with wonderful ocean views comfortably seats 10 with an additional 4 seats at the island. If you prefer eating outdoors, the deck offers a large dining set for your enjoyment.

37th street offers the best of Ocean City. Surfing, fishing and morning beach yoga classes are just some of the activities just steps away. Enjoy the quieter Southend of OCNJ but still have the convenience of being only a short walk from playgrounds, tennis, mini golf, ice cream shops and more.

We loved the property but had trouble with the stove. It never worked properly. Sometimes only 1 or 2 burners at a time. One never worked. Owner tried to fix it but that did not help. We made it through the 2 weeks but it was frustrating cooking with only 1 or 2 burners.

Having owner onsite was not ideal. She talked to us several times. Info needs to disclose that the elevator can not be used by renter. Reported a few issues with the rental. Owner is not concerned with gas range but it is an issue!
