My Berger agent, Christopher Malinowski, does an outstanding job. I just booked a vacation rental with him for the third time. He makes the rental process smooth and easy. He stays in regular contact with his customers and provides excellent customer service.

The one bedroom with the bunk beds was terribly hot, with no air conditioning. The downstairs kitchen had very few supplies, it was a disappointment. The unit was NOT clean when we arrived.

Thanks for this review. We have since installed AC (2022) and changed our cleaning service (2022). The new cleaning services has been providing top notch service since we started using them.We try our best to ensure the kitchen supplies are where they need to be at the beginning of every season, but very often we find tenants shifting supplies around.
