Beautiful Beachfront 1st floor unit located in the south end., not far from Mike's Seafood and Mallon's homemade sticky buns, ice cream, bike rentals or go over the 55th Street Causeway to enjoy Restaurants. Downtown is just a trolley ride away. New for 2025 owner is installing new engineered vinyl flooring in living room, hallway and bedrooms also 3 additional TV's will be added for a total of 5 TV's.. The twin beds in 1 bedroom will be replaced with a pyramid bed, a single on top and a double bed on bottom with a pull-out twin trundle. This is a great choice for your summer rental.

Would love to have known that they were working construction on the house the entire week we were there. Purposely picked this house due to the yard with the fence for small children and couldn’t use it because of debris in the yard.

The property was the best rental we ever had in OC, NJ. It was fully equipped with lovely comfortable furniture, kitchen utensils functional and up to date, everything was so clean, and view beautiful!

The unit was excellent. It was very clean with modern updates. The layout was typical for beach-front properties in Ocean City but perfect for larger families. The full bathroom with shower and toilet was an added bonus. It was great for having the children shower off after the beach.
