Don't worry about moving your car - just park, everything is a short walk - 8th Street or 9th Street for the restaurants and Asbury Avenue for shopping. Bike rental is around the corner or bring your own. The garage is perfect for parking your car or just safe keeping your beach gear and bikes. Condo lay-out: Master Bedroom with King bed, ceiling fan and full bath tub/shower combo and has access to rear covered patio with lounge chairs. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and access to same patio where you get a glimpse of the boardwalk and ocean. The 3rd bedroom is especially for children with a single/single bunk bed and double futon. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and DVD combo. Hall bath is a full bathroom with tub\shower combo. Full size washer and dryer. Living room area has a ceiling fan and a full sectional couch with recliners at both ends with a pull-out double sleeper. The Entertainment center has numerous board games, card games, jigsaw puzzles, books, and movies. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots & pans, and appliances. The island in the kitchen has 2 seats and the dining area can seat 8 people. There are 9 foot ceilings and hardwood floors throughout, with carpeting in the bedrooms. The front covered patio has a conversation area with 2 wicker couches. On the other side, you can dine at the table and enjoy the ocean. The enclosed shower is located at the back of the house. You will need to provide towels and linens. Owners constantly maintain the property through-out the year and the unit is always kept fresh and as clean. PETS AND SMOKING ARE NOT PERMITTED. There are two off street parking spaces for your use. The City is always busy planning events for the seasons and there is always something special going on.
