Location is great! 5 houses to beach with no streets to cross. Partial ocean and boardwalk view from back deck. Enclosed outside shower and shared grill on 1st floor. Internet Wifi and Roku TV with all channels plus Netflix for movies! Great front deck over looking Corinthian Avenue. 5 Houses to Ove's beach grill and bike rentals. You can also rent chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas plus have a close lunch spot. Also, very close to the boardwalk!

This particular condo was in a fantastic location - close to Oves and the beach. Being able to see the water from our back balcony really made a difference. The only downside being, the condo itself is an older property. Its layout is a little cramped, it has old & loud AC, and the overall state of the interior is very worn (and you could say well-loved) throughout the years. I'm not sure what the future of this building is, but it'd be great to see it revitalized. One small note as well- there was only one spot to park in, which we were told was reserved for the first floor renters. It was tricky finding a place to park sometimes. Thankfully, we didn't drive much, so this was less an issue for our family - though it's something to consider for those with other needs.
