Great roomy beach house. Handled 8 adults without feeling crowed. Easy walk to the beach. Quiet part of town, even on main road through town. House was clean, kitchen well supplied, nice to have washer and dryer, great sunny deck for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

The property was not clean. There were many things broken in the property. The refrigerator was broken, lights were out , the bunk bed top bunk unstable, the door locks didnt lock well, some didnt lock at all, the furniture was dirty and beaten up, bathroom fixtures were not secured. No beach tags included in rental which i have been renting in ocean city for over 20years and never experienced that. Would not rent this home again

There was a sound bar under the television but there was no remote to control it and so it did not work. The furniture in the living room was not particularly comfortable. Luckily, we only had one rainy day during our week! Otherwise, the location and size was great.
