This 2nd Floor Gold Coast property located on the beach and boardwalk at 21st street has panoramic views of the beach and ocean from every angle of the open living and kitchen spaces. It sits near the end of the boardwalk, allowing for an easy walk right out the front door to the amusement parks, stores, and restaurants on the boardwalk. It is also an easy walk or ride to the shopping and dining downtown on Asbury Avenue. All bedrooms are located at the back half of the house off a long hallway. There are 4 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths. The master suite has a king bed and en suite bathroom with stall shower. There is a second bedroom with king bed and en suite half bath. The other 2 bedrooms each have 2 twin beds, and the hall bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The open floor plan allows for easy entertaining. The dining table comfortably seats 8, and there is also a breakfast bar with 3 stools. Off the enclosed front porch is access to the side deck, the 1st floor deck is reserved for the 1st floor. The patio space in front of the house to the right/furthest from the entry doors is for your use as well. The left hand garage allows for plenty of storage for all beach gear, and the left side of driveway is yours for parking. There is also an outdoor shower and changing room, and laundry room shared by both 1st and 2nd floors.

Kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, coffeemaker, etc. we do supply bed linens and bath towels, beach towels, but you must BYO groceries, additional beach towels, beach chairs etc.
