608 15th St needs to improve maintenance in certain areas. Screen door to porch is very hard to open & screen needs fixing. BBQ grill caught fire because grease pan was full. Probably never changed. Porch furniture is rusting and cushions are shabby.

We rented 608 15th St townhouse for the second consecutive year. Upon arrival we found the place to be not as clean as the past year. The bathtub had sand in it and there was a pair of shoes under one of the beds and we generally found it less clean than past. There also seems to be an issue where the use of the outdoor shower somehow allows water to seep onto the garage floor.
