The rental is in "okay" shape. The carpeting is extremely dirty and needs to be replaced. I do enjoy the yearly improvements I have seen, but the carpeting is bad, especially in the hallway.

We had to replace light bulbs in the lamps and the majority of the lights in the ceiling were not working. We also could not lock the door to the deck

The house was nice but very musty smelling. Furniture was old and dusty. Not good for people/children with Asthma or similar.

The unit could really use an upgrade to the living room furniture. It is ancient. Another nice feature would be a staircase down to the patio area like most other house in the block have.
