Been staying there for several years. Light bulbs are always an issue. There are always lights out with no replacements. A few extras would be appreciated. Also, the front door light is not usable.

We were disappointed that the owner did not provide beach tags or a starter kit of paper towels and toilet paper.
We know this is not required but it has been there at all the other properties we have rented in the past.
The house not having steps from the back deck to the landing was inconvenient.

The rental is in "okay" shape. The carpeting is extremely dirty and needs to be replaced. I do enjoy the yearly improvements I have seen, but the carpeting is bad, especially in the hallway.

We had to replace light bulbs in the lamps and the majority of the lights in the ceiling were not working. We also could not lock the door to the deck
