We had a good two weeks together as a family, despite the weather. The unit is clean and the owner made some upgrades and replaced the leaky dishwasher as soon as we reported it. Overall this was a good visit.

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. Proximity to the beach and the south-end stores and restaurants added to the experience.
The property is spacious and the rooms met our needs for a multi-generational family group. Most of us enjoyed the outside enclosed shower - a must for our family - and the inside showers were clean and served other family members' needs.
The space, especially the kitchen, could use some updating; but, we were prepared for this by the agent, so it was not a surprise or problem.
The owner was warm and welcoming, even going so far as to deliver yummy treats from Mallon's to welcome us and again during our stay. Definitely over and above any expectations.
