Bright and airy RARE single family home located in the boardwalk district. Close to the playground and the Asbury Avenue shops. Two minute walk to the Acme grocery store.
Relax on the large front porch or retire to the fenced in rear yard for family fun and games and enjoy our patio bar seating for cocktails.
Comfortably sleeps 10 with a primary suite containing a King bed and a Twin/Twin trundle bed, a second large bedroom with another Twin/Twin trundle and the third bedroom has a Queen bed plus the unit has a pull out sofa in the large living room.
The living room also has a large table for playing games, doing puzzles, or for extra dining space.
Free xfinity wifi with a Flex streaming box in the living room and Roku upstairs for you to stream your favorite apps!
There are 2 full Bathrooms upstairs and a half Bath and laundry room on the first level.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Kuerig, regular coffee maker, toaster, microwave and lots of cookware.
The beds will be furnished with blankets and pillows; however, linens and towels are not provided.
