The floor of the house gave us all black feet from not being mopped in a very long time. The hallway steps carpeting was filthy and smelled bad.

10/10 the property had everything available including beach tags. Only two block walk to the beach and boards.

Disappointed that there was no grill, and it was advertised as having one! Also the washer in the unit was moldy!
But carol my realtor was wonderful and offered to get us a grill!
Overall our property was very nice, great location! 😊
