The living area has plush sofas for chatting and TV viewing, adjacent dinning room has seating for all to enjoy the meals of the day , the kitchen is well stocked, with the complimentary appliances . Bedrooms are fairly large and tastefully decorated. This home provides every necessity plus a multitude of extra amenities. There will be beach chairs, toys and cart. The owners didn’t keep their rental up. Had complaints from last year and they didn’t do the repairs.

This property provided everything we could have asked. The kitchen is well equipped, Living space is pretty and comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean. The walk to the beach is short and easy! Beautiful, clean and with all necessary beach equipment provided. There is no need to pack sand toys, beach chairs or boogie boards. This was great!

The property wasn't cleaned well. I had to go over the dressers and someone used the bedroom blankets for the beach and put back into the bedroom closets full of sand. This was very upsettin, becasuse when we went to put them on the bed with clean sheets already on, we had to strip the beds and shake out the sand and remake the beds again.This was totally unacceptable.

The dryer took forever to dry our clothes. The ceiling fans and in take vents were very dirty. There was some strangers coming off the beach and using the outside shower. We did love our week, we just wished there was a grill.

Most everything you could possibly need in the kitchen! Although we brought our own beach supplies, there were quite a few beach chairs and a few umbrellas for renter use. Plenty of outdoor seating and real close to beach and 34th street playground. Easy walk to ACME market.
