The 3rd floor has two bedrooms; one with 2 twins and the other with a full sized bed. The 2nd floor has two bedrooms both with queens (one is a Murphy bed!) There is a full bath on the 2nd floor with a large walk in shower. The 2nd floor also has a family room. The main floor has a living room, full bath with shower and tub, washer/dryer, open kitchen with dining area and a spacious island. Lastly there is a bonus room off the kitchen with a sleeper sofa.

The front of the house has a furnished covered porch. The rear of the house has a furnished brick patio, gas grill, lawn, parking for one car and a large enclosed shower. Again, lots of space for everyone to gather after a day of fun on the boards and beach.

This property has a north-end location close to the boardwalk with amusements, shopping, and restaurants. Downtown shopping is also close by. There is a causeway leading north out of Ocean City for easy access to Atlantic City and the casinos. There are tennis courts and a playground in the area.

Events such as the farmers market with arts and craft vendors, Nights in Venice, shopping and dining are all a short walking distance.  The boardwalk and beaches are also walkable.
