Rental property was very nice. Great parking space. House was clean and perfect for what we needed. Only minus was the television was apparently still on the off-season cable package. It only got five channels and was in low definition. Otherwise nice place

Mike was very helpful and professional. Kept me update through the whole process and made sure I was taken care of.
The condo was fine, the shared hall/steps carpet could use a good cleaning, it was dirty and smelled.
If I decide to rent again I will be using mike again.

The only way I could afford a house down at Ocean City is if I hit the lottery! LOL!
Anyway - Ben Duncan and the property we stayed in was awesome. We have been coming down for 23 years and we cant wait until next year (hopefully).
