This was our least favorite rental since we have been renting through Berger for ten years. The unit wasn’t as clean as others and there was mold on shower curtain in master bath. Sofa was terribly unsupportive making it very uncomfortable. Carpet was very stained and had a stale
smell to it. I wouldn’t rent this unit ever again.

My only complaint was that I had to get 3 different sets of keys to open the door to my rental. Even after we got the door unlocked we were afraid to lock the door from the outside for fear it wouldn’t open again. The owner really needs to replace the locks because of the corrosion on them.

This is the 4th year at the same rental which we enjoy immensely! The keys to the rental need to be cut better. They don't work in the deadbolt lock.
We were disappointed that very few people wore masks on the boardwalk or in town despite all the signs advising people to wear them. Social distancing was great on the beach, but not on the boardwalk.
