Rodman Pierce exceeds the norm. He calls, lets me know what is happening, or what time I need to be there so a key can be left, or what the owner might need. He has also taken us to proterties every time we need to change our needs. He has been the BEST. This time (Oct) the heater was broken; Rod called to keep us updated on the repair schedule. Wish we were not moving so we could rent again!

We loved the house, don't know if the owners know the fan isn't working in the main bathroom. It didn't affect our visit, just thought I'd let them know. We loved the house and everything about it.
