The house could of been cleaner when we arrived. One bathroom was not clean and the trash area in the kitchen was very dirty.

Was a very nice beach rental. Rented this property for the first time. Many of the doors inside did not lock (even bathrooms). It made for privacy issues among different family members. No bed mattress protectors on beds. Otherwise, was a great rental. The location was very nice.

We have rented this home for several years and have always enjoyed our stay. While it is a beautiful home, it looks like it is in need of a few updates. The carpets were stained and they have had the same bath, floor mats and brooms since the first year. A screen was torn and the kitchen. Chandelier is starting to come loose. Our family is growing and we think that we may look for a new home for next year. Thank you.

We were hesitane to rent in NJ. I was born and raised in Delaware. We decided to change it up this year. I am very happy we did. The house we rented was perfect. I would absolutely rent here again. Please let the owner know how much we enjoyed it. The only thing that was missing was a grill. Our agent was such a kind and professional man. He even came in the middle of the night to bring us another key after we locked ourselves out. There is no doubt we will be back next year as long as we can afford it again! Thanks to Berger Realty for making it a great experience.
