Great condition and spacious and comfortable. Impeccably cleaned and cared for. Many beds, sleeps 10. 2 outdoor deck areas.
For us personally, we will rent only first floor units from now on. There are 22 steps to get to this second story unit. We did not realize there would be so many, and it was difficult for us, physically, since the entering and exiting the unit happens several times a day. Also carrying luggage and heavy loads of groceries was not easy for us. We will pay attention more closely next time to this feature. That was an oversight on our part. Some second flors have 10-12 steps, sometimes divided with 6 and a landing and 6 more. I think we have not ever had trouble with that setup. But the 22 was a little much, and we are not as young as we used to be! But the unit itself was lovely. Thank you.

The unit met our needs for space with all the family, however, the living room/kitchen area got very, very warm without blackout shades on the 4 skylights and verticals. Plus not enough air condition vents in that area. Otherwise all went well. Enjoyed the outside shower, bikes and beach cart.

Sadly I had to clean, significantly, prior to the arrival of my family. Disappointed that the house I rented was not as clean as last year or as other houses I visited during my time in OC.
