Our home away from home was renovated January 2026 and looks great! We want our rental guests to enjoy it just as much as we do. Our beach block unit has been freshly painted, new  upgraded laminate wood flooring was installed throughout the living room, kitchen, hallway and bedrooms that includes new white molding. The kitchen was completely redone and offer stainless steal appliances, white cabinets, wood shelves, new kitchen table, new faux wood blinds and quartz countertops . In the living room there is a full size sofa bed, love seat and 65 inch Television hung on the wall with a sound bar and new faux wood blinds.  The larger bedroom has a queen size bed with a full size trundle, large closet, navy blue dresser, TV  and natural linen drapes with pleated shade on the window. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, makeup table with chair, dresser and mirror, TV and natural linen drapes with a pleaded shade on the window. The unit also offers brand new ceiling fans in the kitchen, living room and both bedrooms, air conditioner units in both bedrooms that cool the whole unit and new area carpets in the living room and both bedrooms. The outside front deck offers 4 white chairs and two white tables so you can enjoy the cool ocean breeze. There is a shared laundry room, the key hangs on our wooden hooks which also hold the 4 beach tags our renters can use during their stay. We also offer two beach chairs, umbrella and kids boogie boards and games. There will be a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, napkins and tissue. There is an outside shower in the back to rinse off the sand and one off street parking spot. Enjoy your stay!
