This luxurious first floor is perfect for your family or groups vacation! Your family and guests will enjoy this immaculately kept home accented with beautiful beach dcor. Open concept living/dining allows you to relax in the great room equipped with a 65-inch Smart TV. A gas fireplace will keep you cozy on those Fall and Winter evenings. The designer kitchen has granite & stainless appliances~ microwave, dishwasher, gas range with griddle, refrigerator with ice and water in door. The kitchen is stocked with all the amenities of home ~ Including a standard coffer maker and a Keurig. The spacious island seats 4 while 10 can gather and dine at the large dining table. The dining room flows out onto the spacious front porch ~ comfortably furnished and perfect for outdoor relaxing or entertaining! Our home features high-speed Internet, Wi-Fi, Smart flat screen TVs and a Sonos sound system with speakers on the porch as well. 

The house sleeps 14 people, offering two spacious king master bedrooms, each with a master bath, two rooms furnished with queen beds, one room with two twins, and a bunk room with two single over single bunk beds. Each room is beautifully decorated. All are equipped with ceiling fans, and amazingly comfortable mattresses, pillows and blankets. Please note: Sheets and towels are NOT provided.
The laundry room is equipped with a full sized, high efficiency washer and dryer, ironing board, iron and steamer. 
Your relaxing vacation is only two blocks from the beach and boardwalk. No need to pack beach chairs, tags, beach toys, an umbrella, or body boards, as all are provided for your use. Youll find a cooler, luxury beach cart, and an additional refrigerator- freezer in the garage. A large Weber grill is provided for your vacation cookouts. 

In addition to the four full baths inside, there is a fully enclosed and lit outdoor shower (nothing like an outdoor shower after a day at the beach!) 

This is a perfect location to enjoy the beach, boardwalk, amusements, outdoor tennis courts, playground, bike riding and downtown excursions. 
During the summer season, rentals are weekly (Saturday to Saturday). During the off season, rentals are offered with greater flexibility with a 3 night minimum.

This beautiful, bright 2nd floor beach house with private elevator boasts a great room with vaulted ceilings, gas stone fireplace, 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, large front porch, and a private balcony off of the Primary Suite.

This shore house is fully furnished with new, solid wood, contemporary, comfortable beach furnishings. The kitchen is centered around a massive quartz island with overhead pendant lighting. It's fully stocked with dishes, glasses, flat wear, pots, pans, serving utensils, Keurig coffee dispenser, standard coffee maker, blender, and toaster.

A large portion of the front porch is roof-sheltered with a comfortable seating area. There is additional outdoor dining area open to the air.

The private elevator provides ease of access for luggage upon arrival as well as seamless entry for grandparents and those needing extra assistance.

Our home is conveniently situated on Ocean Avenue between 1st and 2nd Streets at the edge of the Gardens just 3 blocks from the beach and boardwalk (two short blocks and one long block). It's a 15-minute walk to the center of Ocean City's downtown shopping and restaurant district.
