Our 5th year at this property. It has everything we are looking for and had some nice new updates this year.

Our rental was cleaner than we’ve ever seen it, which was terrific. 99% of this home we love, but there are 3 sore spots that I just can’t bite my tongue on any longer after our third vacation in this home. We have 3 suggestions for the owner(s) if they are willing to consider....1.) the bed in the MBR is disgraceful. Old, loud, squeaky and creaky. Impossible to get restful sleep on. 2.) Mold spores on a/c vents over the kitchen and family room. (I have photos if needed) A simple scrub brush on these twice a year will eliminate the issue. 3.) Replace the toilet brushes. In a rental this should be done every season. A new toilet brush is under $5. We cringe at the thought that the toilets we are using get “cleaned” with the ones in the bathrooms... frightening. That’s it. We hate to sound harsh over 3 items but maybe if we’d have spoken up sooner to let someone know, something could have been done? We had a great vacation and all Berger personnel were terrific. Keep up the good work.

While expectations met - property needs some upgrades/improvement/maintenance considering the rental rate charged. Vertical blinds need replaced, furniture worn and uncomfortable and beds worn and creaky (esp king bed), drywall repairs needed, hot water too hot/scalding and difficult to find balance between hot and cold on all faucets/outlets, animal feces on steps to roof deck on arrival and during week. New Berger check in and out process was awesome !
