Location and unit are excellent. Wish we had use of the garage like the first floor unit.

Had to clean floors upon arrival. Had to buy a bucket, comet, and scrub the outside deck before we were able to walk on it with bare feet. Bought light bulbs for two lamps. Location was excellent and property was the perfect size for our family.
