Cleanliness needs improvement (especially floors in all rooms) as well as repair drains/ plumbing in both bathrooms - tubs and sinks v slow to drain. No sharp knives available, no blender, no handheld mixer. Kitchen has limited cabinet and drawer space and most of them were stuffed w owner’s knickknacks - harder for renters to easily move in their food items.

The Apt was clean, attractive and everything seemed fairly new. Kitchen was well stocked, a crockpot would be a nice addition as would a hair dryer.
