Very nice property with wonderful ocean view. Well maintained. Small, with one bathroom in the hallway between 2 bedrooms. Most suitable for single, couple or small family. Access is only via narrow stairway with 17 steps which makes load in and load out difficult and potentially dangerous. No hand holds in (small) combo shower/tub increases fall risk.

The house was in a beautiful location and had a spectacular view of the ocean. However in the living room there was a huge dog bed which took up most walking space and made the whole house smell like a dog upon arrival. That was not part of the pictures and should be removed for guests who are traveling with lots of items and babies.
