Property is absolutely clean, well furnished and provides a refreshing experience from entering on the first day til leaving on the last day. My Grandparents began using Berger and Jeff Haas nearly 20 years ago. My extended family rents a total of 4 houses through Berger/Jeff each year, and we have always been beyomd pleased with the rentals and customer service your agency provides. Jeff really went above and beyond this year when the AC unit failed and caused a near ceiling collapse in my unit, and a cracked bathtub resulted in a mid-week reinstall in my grandmother's unit. He was in constant contact about both situations, and even paid my grandma a personal visit, which she greatly appreciated. Can't wait to come back next year! It will be our family's 30th conservative summer vacation in OCNJ!
