The house wasn’t super clean when we arrived. The coffee maker was broken. There was one cupboard where everything was just tossed in and another that had a bowl with standing water in it. The batteries had been removed from several of the remotes. I think the cleaning team needs to step up their game.

We LOVED our home (3937 central), and had a wonderful vacation. The check in check out was amazingly fast and easy, thanks to your efficient system. After renting the same home privately for 28 years, we worried about going thru a realtor and changing houses, but it was a welcome change, thank you.
