I’d say 4.5 stars and the half star removal was due to some things that were just nit picky on my part: only 1 parking spot and street parking was impossible for 4th of July week. After that it was totally fine. No storage for beach stuff on ground level (we used the outdoor shower - I think the storage sheds seen there are 1st floor). 1st floor has 2 grills that sort of block the path to the 2nd floor stairs which is awkward, amazing huge porch and we realized that it was way better to use the front door on porch into living room and leave kitchen door locked/unused. A lounger/chaise would’ve been clutch! Laundry facilities being in the twin bedroom just meant good planning on when it was used. Worked out fine. Weird that there were no sponges or dish liquid in kitchen. We carefully saved all our pop tops for the cleaner who collects for Ronald McDonald House. The Water pressure was amazing!! Very nice house overall (most important to us is a comfy living room, ample dining space and covered porch (check, check, check!) and nice location. So close to beach!

Nice place, great location. Clean and spacious interior, nice porch. Needs storage area for beach stuff, too much to carry upstairs every day. Also would be nice with more parking.
