I would definitely recommend Cyndi to anyone who is looking to rent or buy in OC. At this time in my life, I would not buy a house but should have done it years ago.

Cynthia went above and beyond to address the minor issues with the house. I also want to say that the issues were not due to any negligence of the owner, just wear and tear issues that could happen any time.

Only downside were the renters upstairs. They lumbered loudly and had a small child they allowed to run up and down the halls and stairs until the wee hours. They were nice, they just kept odd hours.
