The condo, called Shore Break is fully furnished and nicely kept with hardwood floors in the living area, granite counters in the kitchen area, and a gas fireplace. It has an outside fiberglass shower, a propane gas grill and beach chairs in the garage, and a comfortable front porch with new awnings that will make it even more inviting during hot afternoons. I really liked this house! Plenty of space, close to beach, great porch! The grill had mold in it that we had to scrub before using it and the washer did not seem to fully clean our laundry like it should have! But overall we had a great experience and would rent the house again!

My 3 BR 2BA rental on west Street was bright. Cheerful and clean. It had all the amenities we needed. Just when we thought “oh no we forgot something” we were fortunate to find it in the very well stocked kitchen. We went off season with a cousin and his wife, with plenty of room for all. The cabinets were well marked with little professional tape signs announcing what was in cabinet or what that switch was for. We loved the fireplace which we enjoyed while sipping our coffee in the morning, taking the chill out of the air. Beds were very comfortable we opted to bring our own linen and not rent linen. Our rental agent, Mike Maino from Berger Realtor was knowledgeable and extremely helpfull, actually going out of his way on numerous occasions. It was an easy rent. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this beautiful first floor property again. We didn’t get to use the bikes on the lower level because of the rain and other plans we had.
