The place was pretty nice but I don’t think I would rent it again, master bedroom and bathroom were a little small but manageable. Next time I rent I would definitely want to be a few blocks closer to the beach and would definitely want a king bed. I can’t complain too much since my wife did pick this place, all in all very nice time.

Overall the house was fine, but the bathrooms were very small and cramped and there was one deck that was nice but too small for 8 people that house sleeps. West St is noisy.

The home needed some updates. The sink in the master bath is cracked. The chairs in the dining area have very torn upholstery. The interior doors stuck or were hard to close.

We have stayed at the property a few times already. It is always extremely clean and well taken care of. The kitchen is stocked with supplies and the beach at this location is perfect for our family. We highly recommend this property.

2021 vacation
We had a great time staying at this home. However, the only negative thing is that this home is located on the busy West Ave and it was hard to fall asleep with the constant traffic passing by the house. This is not at all a reflection on the owner.
