We were completely satisfied with our rental property choice and the Berger rental agency and staff. Lauren Greiner was very professional and accommodating to our needs. I would suggest that there be a better system to accommodate early booking. The policies and procedures are not clear. Thank you for providing excellent service.

This was our third year renting this location. Appreciated the upgrades that have been added each year. The queen bedroom is quite warm during the night even with the air turned down for sleeping. Please check out the vent for that room. It would be nice to upgrade the pots. We love the house and rented for 2023.

The rental Met our Expectation. We enjoyed the new awning on the deck and the updated bathrooms.
One bedroom needs attention. The first bedroom on the left side of hall. Dresser had a broken draw, there is no TV and one of the mattresses is squeaky when turning throughout the night. Some of the kitchen pots and baking sheets need to be replaced. A short hose with a nozzle would be great to rinse toys and feet. 2022 will be our fourth season renting at this property.

Love the house. Only 2 issues. They have outside spotlights in the kitchen and dining area instead of indoor lighting, and it could really use ceiling fans!

Awning is torn and the arm was broken. It worked, however, the fabric did not have support.
In the small bedroom without the TV the bed mattress needs to be replaced. It made noise every time you turned waking my husband up. He has difficulty sleeping as it is. Some families are adults with no children or one. Also, a hose connection would be nice to rinse feet after the beach. With both 1st & 2nd floor families running the water it caused large pools of water at the bottom of the stairs. Some of the pots & pans need to be replaced. Otherwise, we are very happy and looking forward to next year.
