Property was satisfactory for our one week stay, but I would only rate at a 3 compared to previous properties rented in the past. Updates needed, even buying a toilet paper holding that doesn’t fall to floor each time one pulls paper off would make a better impression. Floors were dusty all along the hall walls, hot water went out our last full day, and from the looks of the water heater not being maintained you could see why! Some light bulbs were burned out! Easy access to the beach was a plus, addl roll aways were in closets, if needed! Bathrooms were clean. I wouldn’t rent this place again, due to lack of simple maintenance.

Upon entering and starting to put away our items noticed a extreme amount of ants. I know this can be controled as having been an owner I used pest control yo get rid of them. Porch furniture need replacing/ Recliner was sheding so much I had to bring a king sheet to cover as it was to sceevy to sit on. In powder room there was alot of dust on decos. Ice maker did not work properly Would never rent this place again.

Property has had a major upgrades regarding furniture, flooring and appliances in the last 5 years. It does need to make some replacements to the deck furniture (especially the chairs & cushions) , small appliances & add more trash/recylings cans . Also instructions on how to use the TVs & their remotes would be helpful. (i.e. switching from Streaming to Cable)
The location is great.

You can't beat the location at 3945 Central! Main living areas and kitchen were great! 3 of 4 bedrooms were great! A few tweaks would make this a 5-star rental!
