A few issues:
-- Missing 1 pullout sofa, so property slept 6, not 8
-- Issues with WIFI password
-- AC unit in bedroom didn't blow out cold enough air

The landlord provided things we didn’t expect (beach tags, basic paper products). Everything worked and in good shape. She popped in on move in day to make sure we were ok
