Trish (Patricia) Spengler is great, and our experience picking up and dropping off keys is always good. We are always very happy with our experience every year, but this year the cleanliness of the property was a real issue for us. Once we cleaned and settled in we were fine. But, we did miss some beach time that first day, when our extended family gathered on the beach. And, it was a bit of a rainy week, so that first day nice weather was kind of precious. Again, we looking forward to renting next year through Trish at Berger, but we're hoping for a much better initial experience.

We have already booked 1828 Central Ave for a week next July. The place we rented this year needs to have the flush handle on the toilet fixed, and there are a few loose boards on the third floor deck.
