Great location, and well appointed - especially the kitchen! We were there for 2 weeks, one of which was cold and rainy. Wish there were TVs in all 4 bedrooms especially for that week!

Very nice property, but clearly seems to be used solely as a rental property. Simple conveniences like hooks for jackets and keys, beach umbrellas, chairs, and tags are frequently made available when the owner lives there part of the year.

I was disappointed in the property. The owner and agent were very prompt in responding, but that doesn’t help the situation. Upon entering the rental, we found tue refrigerator was not working. The owner promptly responded to our message to the agent and we found out that the refrigerator was a known problem. We also found a stained mattress pad, food crumbs in the pullout couch, and ants. The final straw was that the doorKnob for the outside stairwell broke and we were almost locked put. Even though the owner was prompt in responding to our issues, I would not rent this property again.

The really like the property a lot. This was my 2nd year there. It is in a great location. I wish there was a TV in each room or at least in the bedroom with the queen bed. The only other disappointment was the vertical blinds were still broken with missing slates. Overall, we had enjoyed our stay the past 2 years and look forward to next year.

We had a great week with the family. Two minor maintenance problems were taken care of and caused us no inconvenience. The property was excellent and in new condition, all in all a great week at the beach.
