Kitchen counters worn, bedroom lacked tv. House was clean, comfortable and great location to beach & boardwalk

I rated this property "met expectation" because we know what to expect when we arrive. We have rented this property for 7 years; we love the proximity to beach & boardwalk. However, this property is in need of serious maintenance - painting, new furniture, etc.
