This home features 4 bedrooms with 2 1/2 bathrooms at 4408 Asbury Ave. One bedroom and 1/2 bath is on the first floor with the other three bedrooms and two full baths on the second floor. Comfortably sleeps 8, with a King, 2 Queen, 2 Single and a full pull out sofa in the living room for an additional two friends. All mattresses are comfortable high quality. Blankets, throws & pillows are provided, however bed linens & bath/beach towels are not provided. Linen rental can be arranged. Central air conditioning. Laundry is off the master bedroom with full size side by side washer/ dryer. There is an en-suite master bath. T

Smart TV in the living room and three bedrooms. Direct TV streaming for live TV & high speed internet. Great lounging large sofa & recliner chair in Living Room. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, electric stove, microwave, toaster, Keurig. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, serving ware, pots/pans, just bring food & paper supplies. There is a large table for 6 and four with extra bar stools.

Relax and unwind on the outdoor first floor porch. The Master has a private second floor deck with two Adirondack chairs. Outdoor gas grill. Outdoor bike rack. Included is parking for two cars. House includes an outdoor shower, beach chairs, toys, and boogie boards. Home has puzzles, games,& cards for your relaxation.

Great family get away just two blocks from the beach.  Enclosed outside shower & off street parking spot provided.  Nice south end location. Take the trolley or short drive to boardwalk or downtown shopping. Only blocks from (Uncle Bill's) restaurant or (Aunt Betty's) ice cream parlor. Come make your memories in Ocean City!

You will feel relaxed the moment you pull up to this quiet south end family home on the corner of 45th and Asbury. Soak in the sight and sound of the ocean from your second-story decks or take the 1.5 block walk to enjoy the sand between your toes. The home has three bedrooms (1 main bedroom with a queen bed & en suite, 1 middle room with 2 twin beds, & 1 front bedroom with a full bed & private deck), plus 1 queen pullout sofa in the living room.   Two full bathrooms (en suite has a shower while the other has a tub/shower combo) and 1 exterior shower with changing room. You will enjoy a 2-car garage (2 cars front to back) with a storage area via code access. You're covered on rainy days as well, with DVDs, games, cards, and puzzles provided.
