Loved the set up of the house and the location. Some of the mattresses were not the best for the price of the rental.

Hi Donna ,I am the new owner of the property effective 2/26/26 . We are updating the unit with a new king size bed and a new Queen bed along with new bedroom furniture , the new living room sofa will have a pullout queen mattress . Property was very nice . It was close to all the shops on Asbury . The kitchen was fully stocked . Boyars market was a few steps away which was convenient.

We liked that the door used a code keypad instead of actual keys. The only problem was the front door blinds, kept falling off.

We always do our rentals through Berger Realty.
Troy was very kind and helpful and responded quickly when I called him about a couple of issues that I needed to discuss with him about the house we rented. We will be renting through Berger again in 2021.
