Great location. Tight family room and kitchen area. Door locks are horrible and spent far too much time of our vacation trying to get doors unlocked.

We would have been happier, if the listing had included the information that the property came with beach tags. We bought them on the way into O.C. It would have been helpful to know about the beach chairs, too.

Enjoyed our vacation in OCNJ as usual. This was the first time we booked just from pictures on-line. Once we got the key & started moving in we noticed an odd odor. It did dissipate over the first 24 hours and made me wonder if it may have been cleaning supplies. We had ideal weather, thankfully. We booked with Carole, but received notification as of January 2022 she was no longer handling rentals. Cynthia Henes took over and it went smoothly.

Our family vacation was everything I hoped it would be and more. The house was perfect for our group and the owner provided more than I expected. If we ever decide to do it again we would definately use Berger. However, next summer is a granddaughter's wedding for our family.
