We love this house 4828 2nd floor Asbury Avenue.
Love the new tv it is updated and big which is awesome! We have been renting since 2015 same house! Well equipped for pots/pans, kitchen items and linens

I think you need to let the owners know the cable did not work on their tv. Also not every out let in the house works. The should have someone come out and look at that. Otherwise house was very nice.

Loved the property it is well stocked and everything always works.
I just wish the TV was bigger and updated as other rentals. Other than that it is the perfect rental
