The floors of the house were dirty the bottom of our feet were black they must just vacuum and not mop no area rugs

Very comfortable space, great location!
There was pet hair in the rental and it was our understanding it was pet free. We had expected more pots and pans but were able to bring some from home. The string on one of the shades was broken annoying but not a deal breaker.
We would definitely rent the space again.

Berger handled everything great! Wonderful experience across the board. Rental was very nice for the price range and we enjoyed it very much. Owner was helpful and kind. Interior condition was great! Only complaint would be that it seems most place's are poorly equipped in the kitchen. Lots of cheap, broken and or missing plates, bowls, cups, cutlery and cooking ware. Wish owners invested a $200 extra bucks each year into keeping up with the kitchen ware. Would really enhance the experience for small annual investment. Thanks for everything! We'll be back.

While the condo was newly renovated, the owner had the property for sale. In doing so, they must have removed MOST of the furniture. There were no bedside tables in the master - had to use a kitchen stool. There was no coffee table or kitchen table to put a puzzle or anything else on. We were limited to the island. There were only 3 of us and we used 2 bedrooms. It would have been VERY uncomfortable if we had more than three people. The blinds on the sliding glass door were broken and we could only open them far enough to walk out on the deck with great difficulty. Slats in master bedroom were broken and there was NO curtain in the bathroom. We had to turn the light out to shower and use the toilet. Was very disappointed. Again the furniture that was provided was substandard. On a good note, the upgrades were very nice, the beds were comfortable.
