Was very pleased with the amenities but parts of house were not very clean. Black mold in shower and drawers very sandy. Nearly impossible to open the rusted lock on outdoor shower. The sliding door to porch was very difficult to open-needs to be greased.

Everything was fine. We couldn't use the downstairs closet with the chairs and beach equipment. We couldn't find the code to get into it, even though it was offered to us for use.

This is an excellent property with all the amenities of home. A wonderful kitchen, big screen TV. comfortable furniture and beds and modern baths. The owners even provide access to their bikes and beach chairs.

Description said the property had a King size bed and brought the sheets to fit that bed and no king bed. People on floor above need to understand that there are people beneath them.

We love our rental property , it was our 2nd year at the same property 416 Asbury , 7/18 -7/25. And I was planning on contacting Lauren to let her know how clean the rental was when we checked in on the 18th . So please pass that info along to whoever cleans in between the rental weeks .., Great job !!!

Rental property was in need of some repair. Bedroom doors didn't lock, bathroom doors didn't lock, plyboard under couch cushions are unacceptable. Buy a new couch!

Loved the house , the air conditioner was a little quirky . We are def considering the same property next summer . We mostly likely would be interested in coming in on Saturday of Nights if Venice , when will that date be released ?
