The open floor living room area has a 65" Samsung 4K Smart TV, 3 Bedrooms have a 55" Samsung 4K Smart TV, 1 has a 43" Samsung Smart TVs and the bunk bedroom has a 32" Samsung Smart TV. We also upgraded to Premium HD cable package with high-speed (blast) WIFI throughout the house (no dead spots as we use an ORBI whole house WIFI extension system). The spacious kitchen has state-of-the-art-stainless steel appliances with quartz counter tops and a breakfast bar area that has 4 stools. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking amenities and supplies that you will need. The dining room has a massive table that seats 10 people and the living room has 2 three-seat sofas (one w/pull out sleeper bed) and 2 comfortable accent chairs. The modern elegance of this beach home and it's unbeatable location (beach block in the heart of Ocean City) make this the perfect vacation getaway! The condo offers three bedrooms for your comfort including a Master Suite with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom is furnished with bunk beds that sleep 4 (4 twin beds). The condo features a common full bath with tub/shower. The condo also includes an enclosed outside shower on the ground level for showering after the beach. A front porch features a seating area for two and a dining area for four. The sky deck has adirondack chairs for 3 and a dining table with built-in extension leaf and bench seating. All bedrooms have closet space and bureaus for extra storage.

The main living space is an open concept with living room, kitchen and dining area that are designed to accommodate and optimize your family time! The living room is spacious with comfortable seating with a 50 LCD Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, electric range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, and small appliances including a coffee maker and Keurig. All cookware, dishes, and cutlery are included. There is seating for four at the breakfast bar, and a dining table that accommodates 6 people. Guests are also encouraged to enjoy their meals on the decks that provides outdoor furniture for dining as well.  5 beach tags are included and there are beach chairs, umbrella and cart available for your convenience but are not guaranteed to be in working order if they can not be replaced in time between renters.
