Beach Bird features large, welcoming common areas rarely found in newer or multi unit rentals. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen opens to generous dining and living spaces, making it easy to prepare family meals, host group dinners, or unwind together after a full day at the beach. The home reflects a grand style of construction no longer seen today, adding warmth and character throughout. Additional dining chairs are provided with the rental.

Outdoor Areas

Multiple outdoor spaces are designed for relaxing and reconnecting. Enjoy slow mornings and evening conversations on the large front porch, or gather in the English garden and outdoor dining area.

For beach day convenience, the property includes three outdoor showers, with enclosed rinse and dressing areas to make cleanup easy for large groups.

A first floor bedroom and full bathroom help minimize stairs for guests who prefer fewer steps. As a historic home, stairs are required to access all levels, and the home proudly retains its original charm and character.
