Looking for some healthy competition or a quick workout? Tennis & basketball courts along with bike rentals are all within a block, and dont forget the mini-golf.

The condo features an open concept on the first floor living room, fully equipped kitchen and powder room. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room can accommodate 2 additional guests. A small furnished private deck to enjoy your morning coffee or a meal al fresco. The 65 high def, wall mounted television in the living room has a Fire Stick connected. Simply sign in and connect to your Netflix, prime video or any other streaming service while away from home. Talk about convenient. The 2nd floor features a spacious master bedroom with a king bed and master bath, and an ocean view. What a way to wake up!
