Nice clean home, inside and out. Excellent location. Appreciated that the owners updated the carpeting in the living space area from the previous year The shower/tub drains needed cleaned out.

Wonderful experience. Agent was efficient and attentive. Owner (living above rental) was helpful, friendly, accommodating. The location was excellent for our family. We experienced street/driveway flooding that required my mother and aunt, who are in their 90's to walk through 6 inches of water in order to get to our car, but they were good sports about it, even if their shoes and pantlegs did get wet. A city issue that could use some attention. All in all, would do it again and in the same location.
