It was a great location .
We like the house with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths. And the ocean view was beautiful from the family room .

It has an ant issue but putting some larger area rugs around would help. Outdoor locks are eroding, the front door knob literally feel off, the plastic on the kitchen chairs is ripped in many places which is very uncomfortable to sit on. We put small towels down and one chair the nail comes through if you hit it in the right spot. It’s close to the beach and there is plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and it has a garage for storing stuff.

Great location, comfortable.
Excellent overall condition of unit itself. Very family friendly.
Cleaning wise, very dusty under sofa, furniture. Bathtub and shower had some moldy areas as did outdoor shower. We used outdoor hose.
Some beds old, could use upgrade.
Many furniture handles broken, wear and tear.

We have been renting this property for 3 years. The neighbors remember us and treat us like friends. Love the location and an easy walk to the beach even for the kids.
