Well, in less than 5 minutes you and your family can be set up at the perfect spot on the beach with access to a newer public restroom at the same entrance. Are you more of a coaster and amusements person? We got you covered there too. In under 5 minutes you and your family can hit the rides at the famous Wonderland Pier. Looking for some healthy competition or a quick workout? Tennis & basketball courts along with bike rentals are all within a block, and dont forget the mini-golf.

Dont sweat looking for parking and lugging your stuff for blocks. Because we have you covered! Literally. You can park your car under our car port on Saturday and not even bother moving it. Take a stroll a few short blocks to Asbury Ave. and all that Ocean Citys shopping district has to offercute boutiques, shops, restaurants, salons, yoga studios, gyms and so much more. Too much Manco & Mancos and Kohrs Bros., well, why not make yourself a healthy meal with the freshest local produce available at Ocean Citys weekly farmers market which is a short walk to the corner.

The condo features an open concept on the first floorliving room, fully equipped kitchen and powder room. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room can accommodate 2 additional guests. A small furnished private deck to enjoy your morning coffee or a meal al fresco. The 65 high def, wall mounted television in the living room has a Fire Stick connected. Simply sign in and connect to your Netflix, prime video or any other streaming service while away from home. Talk about convenient. The 2nd floor features a spacious master bedroom with a king bed and master bath, and an ocean view. What a way to wake up! Also on the 2nd floor are 2 additional bedrooms and another full bathroom. 8 people can sleep comfortably in these rooms. Both full baths have full sized tubs so you can stretch out and soak. The two additional bedrooms are also quite spacious. One is perfect for the kiddos with a twin over full bunk bed and a twin trundle. This room is complete with PlayStation 4, so they can get their game on. The third bedroom features a queen bed with plenty of space for a pack n play, which you can find in the closet should you need one. A full-size washer and dryer complete the second floor. Both the Master and third bedroom televisions (without PlayStation) have fire sticks connected for your convenience. 6 seasonal beach tags are included for you to borrow during your stay. Fully enclosed and private outdoor shower available for your convenience. A locked storage area is available equipped with beach chairs, beach toys and an umbrella to borrow during your stay. There is some space available to store a few bikes for the family, as well. The condo has Xfinity cable TV and WIFI to use during your stay. Still need more to do? How about a game night, because we have several board games for the family to enjoy.
